Oh yeah men hate breasts and having another breast will be a turn off.

She had the plastic surgery because she doesn't want to date anymore.

It would be a turn off if I were looking. I am not interested in fake or surgically altered breasts. And who knows what a man would be getting into on a psychological level with a woman who would do such a thing? She probably doesn't make decisions like other people do. Could you imagine raising kids with someone who would do that?
