Friendliest Provinces In China

I asked some english teachers on another forum this week an important question. Which provinces in China have the friendliest people? Most of the teachers that responded said Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning Provinces, located in China's northeast corner have the friendliest people.

This has been my experience as well. I worked with a guy for two years from Harbin(Heilongjiang Province) and he was by far the most open and friendly chinese guy I've ever been around. His personality was similar to most Filipinos guys I've met. If you plan on travelling to China you might want to keep this mind.
