A pretty delusional grandpa. All of his "girlfriends" who are sub-40 have their own boyfriends/husbands to get back to. It's not uncommon, in the Philippines, that an opportunistic bf or husband would allow their partner to sleep with an old foreigner, so the old geezer gets the full package and rewards the woman with even more money.
