"Average" Filipinas

Is it a realistic condition or just a wrong impression by me, that most 'average' filipinas, cannot handle well a 'full load' conversation?
In some online discussions, such girls, seem to answer only a few of the questions I asked them, and I am not sure if they just don't want to answer.

Some of these girls are good, so I will take the chance to know them better. But, is it better to ask only one question each time?
How do you manage the super simple-average filipinas?
