i'm not an expert of military hardware nor photoshop
so i'm confused! the flags look fugly though

Those are international maritime signal flags. VICTOR-3-WHISKEY-LIMA-8-MIKE-NOVEMBER-etc.

What always bothers me about developing world countries is that they can never fit a military uniform properly. A lot of them look like kids dressed up in oversized clothes.
