Probably should have cut off his balls rather than his penis. This will only exacerbate the situation. You really need to think these things though.

Poor guy....
Women aren't worth it to take that drastic measure. There are other things in life worth pursuing.
On the other hand, he went that far, may as well as get the whole conversion package, become a "ladyboy" or whatever and make the best of it. Maybe he'll get a boyfriend.
