In China this person would be tried, sentenced and executed by the end of the month.

The odd thing about this is that the killer came from a well off family, so why would he do that just to steal a few laptops?

3 of the people he killed were American vets too, sadly. He shot them in the back of the head when their back was turned, in their own home. He conned them into letting him in by befriending them and offering to fix their computer.

I guess we should be careful about befriending strange guys, and learn to fix our own computers of course.
