I haven't researched it yet. But if you just rented a 120 sq. m. villa or condo there, I would expect it to cost at least 120,000 Baht per month. But if you invested, you could stay in your own unit for cost (utilities, management fees, etc). That might be as low as 20,000-30,000 Baht per month or so.Northamericanguy wrote:Wow!
