Need translation help

Hey all, my lady friend in the Philippines posted a picture of a baby on her Facebook page and called him "my strength". Then there's a brief conversation in either Tagalog or Cebuano about the baby. Could I send the transcript to one of you in a PM to translate into English? I need to know if that's her baby. Thanks guys.
