My brother e-mailed me (his phone isn't working), and told me he arrived in the Philippines. He's already having fun! :)

What part of the Philippines is he in?

I believe that he is in Cebu, but I am not totally sure. He was planning to go to a few different areas last I heard. The phone rang today, and the connection failed, so I have a feeling he may have tried to call.
