Will the covoid vax requirements ever get lifted from the Phils?

I don't think at this point I would really travel over there but I was wondering if there was a possibility of them ever dropping travel restrictions for people who aren't vaccinated. With Duarte and his family running the country most likely for life...I have my doubts that he will remove it. He's the type of person that truly enjoy ruling over his people in a way they feel completely without choice other than to comply with whatever policy he enacts or face severe consequences if they fail to do so. When people started getting gunned down for drug offenses, people over there immediately got scared and started willingly turning themselves in vs trying to hide and risk being murdered.
