Who runs Moldova?

I'm absolutely disappointed with how things are going now in the Republic of Moldova.
When I saw this

I got it absolutely clear whom we owe all the trouble in the country. Those are American diplomats who are making troubled waters here to reach their own goals.
I'm on friendly terms with some reporters in Moldova and they say at some recent meeting with the local journalists American ambassador while answering a question agreed that Moldova is a seized country and we all are well aware of who has seized it actually.
