Found a good channel on youtube that documents problems all around the world. Found this video about Odessa, Ukraine and how prostitution has exploded in that area.

I think is an exaggeration. These data are very questionable.

Ukraine is very corrupt...

As for P4P, they closed the Riverboat Casino that was famous for is P4P and excellent selection.

I've been to all the P4P hangouts/bars/clubs and they have a nice selection. I happen to be in the company of a part-timer at the time.

Germany by far is the best P4P scene in Europe is not even close and you really have to do your research. This is based on my own personal experience and the fact that so many people bypass Amsterdam to come to Berlin or Frankfurt. Both over sizable scenes, Red Light Districts, internet listings and P4P (Nudist Clubs). Plus like I said in another thread, there Group Sex clubs (Parteffs), Swinger Clubs and of course Independent Escorts.

The women are usually German, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian and African. You might find a few Russians, Ukrainians and others in the P4P's as well.

Its also affordable. Most sessions can be had for 60E-100E. When you compared that to the elevated prices in America because of its puritan outlook, its worth it to hop on a plane and head to Germany. The women can be just as hot as high end hookers you find on Eros here.
