EU is going to renew relationship with Azerbaijan

It gives concern because Azerbaijan does not meet European values but it is highly possible that Europe is ready to accept it and give Azerbaijan access to the European institutions and markets in exchange for resources. I think Baku may use these new opportunities against Armenia. What do you think?
