According to the bar owners that were interviewed, they hinted they have no control over what the ladies do after hours when they are not working, only when they are in the bar....so you can interpret that anyway you like! :wink: :D

I have seen these. Un cafe con piernas is quite common in otherwise conservative Chile. Girls there are not just from Chile. The economy in chile is quite good compared to most in LA, so there are girls from peru and Colombia as well. Im sure all kinds od deals are made.
