I am sure you guys will have noticed that the apartment does not have air conditioning units, which are a must in any condo in South East Asia.

Medellin is famous for its spring-like weather all year round. It rarely gets hotter than 25 degrees, it rarely gets cooler than 15/16. It's perfect weather, with that breeze coming from the hill, as well as the elevation... Lovely!
