And women who marry for what they will get in event of divorce should be burned to death grrrrr.

Every guy needs a prenup in the anglo countries it seems. Too many leachy females abound.

I can now understand why so many men are jaded in the west.
Thank you Ginger.

Some are beautiful outside, but after a while you feel like they have an Inner Man, a male competitive spirit inside them.

Like discovering someone is a trannie, , not physically but spiritually.

I may read the comments later, but the truth is, 99% of the regular posters here have no wealth for a woman to even go after, just your wages (if you work). Even if you paid child support, its about 1/2 or 1/4 of what you annually pay anyway if you in your normal roll has husband/parent.

Common sense needs to prevail somewhere, men painting themselves as victims is just as bad as women doing it. That's not to say some men are victims, some are but the majority of men aren't or aided in it.

Prenuptial Agreements can be circumvented, ask F. Lee Bailey...

Just like any bad investment, cut your loses and start over. I don't understand at times why we don't treat marriage like any other business investment or transaction. Since it involves MONEY don't you think you should start there???

Protection via poverty?

"No wealth" makes the point all the more critical.
99% of the regular posters here also have no wealth to fight back against dirty tricks with.
They need to protect themselves, going in.

If Joe Millionaire's wife starts a bitchfest at 10pm and the cops come and tell him he has to leave or be arrested, he can go to one of his other houses and sleep.

If Joe Sixpack's wife starts a bitchfest at 10pm and the cops come and tell him he has to leave or be arrested, he can go ... sleep in his car. Then, he'll possibly be charged with vagrancy.

Here's one for you. Starts at the 30:20 mark.
http://video.cnbc.com/gallery/?video=3000021000&play=1
Setup: Wife downloads teen porn onto the husband's laptop and turns it over to the feds with the added accusation of sexual abuse of the children.

You tell us how a "no wealth" man affords to fight back against that, while staying out of jail, keeping his job, and keeping a (separate) roof over his head.

Anyone want to guess how much jail time the husband was facing, if convicted?

Anyone want to guess how much jail time the wife got, as the person who actually downloaded the images?

They take your time in court, thousands for attorneys, now you're way in debt and probably out of work. You're depressed, your prospects for income go down. Now because you missed 3 payments, they take your real estate license or your truck driving license. Now you need to get a new profession that is not state licensed.

Unless you are already on welfare when she files, and were also on welfare during the previous tax year, the system can really mess you up.

Luckily that little p**ck did not mention one thing that a one CAN'T get at, and that is offshore corporations. Why you may ask? Well, try filing paperwork against a foreign entity and see how far that gets you. And if you are living abroad, you get a nice tax benefit. :)

Where did I say men shouldn't prevent abuse of the system? I did not say that! I said most of you have no wealth, why you concerned about Forbes pointing out where some rich men hide their money in the event of a divorce?

How? Stop marrying the wrong women; Stop saying its not that easy either. Nothing worth-while ever is.

What about those gun-loving NRA members that take out their wives, the children and themselves, is he some sort of hero?

Look as I have said before, I SUPPORT MEN DEFENDING THEMSELVES. But they can also be PROACTIVE in protecting themselves by not dating low hanging fruit.

There are plenty of men who don't pay any sort of child support and were not forced into impregnating the women they just happen to view as a jump-off, sans condom.

It goes both ways, its not all women, all the time.

Yes and here's what usually happens. The lawyer for the woman/wife knowing he will get paid or better yet will then marry this woman after the divorce is finally will do whatever he can to dot his I's and cross his T's.

The man; a man with NOTHING can not pay for a meticulous, good family law attorney.

Its not just the laws, its inferior council defending the man's/husband's interest. This is what keeps many men in miserable relationships. This is where the depression kicks in. Those stories of men being forced to move into a 1 bedroom apartment in the Black area of the city are not unfounded but don't happen nearly as often as MRA's would have you believe.

I know three cases here in California where badly depressed men killed their ex-wives...
