European countries with a good dating scene for Brown men

So my experience in France left me in love with the country. Despite the stereotypes of them hating Arabs and Brown people, I met a lot of couples which involved Middle Eastern and North African men (a lot of the groups I get confused for at times) and it was great.

Germany seems promising to me too. Yet other than those two countries, which other countries in Europe do you think would be great for a good looking Brown guy to do well in?

I have jet black hair, olive skin, and brown eyes.

Heard Northern Europe is good, just thinking about where to go this year when I head to Europe. All help appreciated.
