Maybe u shld b careful about wht u wish for. If Phils really does move up the education and economic ladder, if just a portion of the new wealth and capital manages to trickle down to a large share of the masses, and that becomes a trend, u may just find yourself cut-out of the loop. Phils. has been a great place for u to live your poly-amorous lifestyle because there r so many people here who can benefit from associating with you and the help u can give. But as that changes and your help is no longer so desperately needed by so many, wht will u do then? Where will u go to continue living your dream? TESDA should be free in my opinion, just like in Cebu where they have courses by city gov't. These are all free.
Here in the USA, all such courses are either free or you have student loans and you finish them and start working. The same should be there.
I was also with T bolis in Mindanao and only 20% finished HS. They have no money to pay fees. Is it the same in Italy and France? I don't think so.
I've been told that 35 years ago, S. Korea was a great place to live your kinda lifestyle on a very modest budget. Now even a lotta rich guys often have to look offshore for good female company and even P4P venues are mainly for locals (often off-limits to foreigners). Brazil used to be great too. But it's changed so much in just a few short years thanks to robust economic development and a huge new emerging middle class.
It's great if u can be selflessly happy about such changes. But I think some guys fail to comprehend what may come with large scale economic development in a poorer country - more feminism, smaller families, less social connection between people, more selfishness, much pickier women, reduction in quality and quantity of low cost P4P, etc. So as it happens, they become bitter and disillusioned in their adopted country - esp. if they have not settled down into a LT committed relationship.
