Are Libertarian and Anarchist Views Compatible with MRA?

Because to me, if allowing someone to be murdered is the typical MRA line, then f**k them. I am all for EQUALITY, for both men and women, and to a certain extent children. I understand staying out of people's business, but to me, if it is only the male ruling, that is the anti thesis of individualism. I am sorry, I just don't agree.
