China court rules man accidentally raped his friend's bride

Post by Teal Lantern »

Accidentally. raped.

A groomsman has been acquitted of rape after a Chinese court ruled he accidentally raped his friend's newly wed bride.

The blushing bride, whose surname was Huang, was found by a county court in Guangxi Zhuang region to have accidentally climbed into the man's bed on her wedding night, reports The Global Times, an English-language website which reports on news in China.

The court ruled that the sex was consensual between Ms Huang and Mr Ruan, who was staying at the newlyweds' home in the country for the ceremony in August.

The court was told the mistake occurred when the bride returned from an outside toilet and entered Mr Ruan's room, believing the man in the bed was her husband, Mr Wu.

Mr Ruan did not resist her advances and had sex with Ms Huang.

The next morning, when she apparently realised her mistake, she leapt from the bed, claiming he raped her.

The newlyweds demanded Mr Huang pay them compensation and when he refused they filed a lawsuit, the Global Times reported.

Rape == any sex a woman regrets.. no.. doesn't want to face consequences for.

Sound like he was indeed innocent of the triviality of rape, but guilty of the serious crime of adultery. Isn't there a law against that in China?

Women do this everywhere. This woman voluntarily cheated on her husband then pressed charges for rape, and some guys on here are eager to date a Chinese woman? I bet in her mind everything she did was OK.

Almost all women everywhere will backstab you the moment it will benefit them enough or get them out of trouble. There are no countries where the women are "good" by any means.

AWALT.

I think the not so secret truth is.

No one is good, everyone is bad and has every terrible tenancy know to man in his capable sick mind.

But a few of us hold back the monster inside, and act like human beings.

The bible calls this human nature, but for you thick skulled that would have flat out dismissed what I said, I held that back until after my point, I'm sure you'll dismiss it anyway.

It's not just limited to women though they seem to excel at destroying marriage and family, that was quite swift of the bride to destroy that relationship before it even started.

Females are amoral. Speaking of their integrity, morality, sense of decency, honor etc. is like speaking of the length of their dicks. However, how they manifest themselves to others can be either good or bad depending on how functional the surrounding society is. So in a sense AWALT but NAWALT.
