Actually you got it wrong, they are uninterested in preventing the Terminatix from destroying the Black community. They can beat up Transexuals, use pepper spray on reporters (that just happen a few days ago) who are just doing their job; They can keep calling Tommy's show with all these ridiculous single momma stories of how they ended up to two or three children from two or three different men.

Yeah... The RIGHT thing to do in this sitch would have been to defend yourself. Stop that attacker dead in her tracks (and that's EXACTLY what that person was). The problem is... like a lot of others have already said, the police would have arrested YOU, not her. They go after people who stand up to thugs with more gusto than they do the thugs themselves. Don't want to be a victim of crime. Then you have to take care of yourself. But that only gets you in deeper trouble, thanks to our inept, corrupt joke of a judicial system.

Maybe you could hire a lawyer and sue? Sue her for assault and/or McDonald's for negligently allowing this to happen on their property? Or even the cops for dereliction of duty (and that too is EXACTLY the term for it). Not something I'd normally suggest, as the rampant litigiousness is another thing that pisses me off about American society. But in this case... this may be your only recourse. As much of a longshot as it is.
