Tips on How to Meet Fun Girls in Shy Girl Shythole 3rd world

So, I'm in a small city in Peru where it seems most women are pretty shy. How can I weed through the boring, shy women to find some fun and passionate women that are still marriage minded?

Whenever there are lots of shy women I feel handicapped, because it's even harder to get to know a large quantity of women (it's like putting in double the work when I'm interacting with a shy woman....especially in a foreign language!), and shy personalities are pretty boring to me. Also, it seems like the few extroverted women are more sought-after by other men, because they are in short supply.

One idea I was thinking of was to pay for a personal ad in the local newspaper with my phone number. What would I write? "Hung Gringo looks for his media naranja. Must be happy and traditional"? Wouldn't I get a bunch of spam phone calls and prank phone calls. Would it be better to write my email address or just my local cell phone number? I figure the ad would weed out shy women, because they'd be too shy to contact me.

Any other ideas?

I'm not fond of the discotecas or nightlife in general, and it's hard to meet good girls in that sort of environment.

What I would do if I was in your situation is just go out to the discos. But I LOVE Peruvian nighlife (Latin music, dancing, etc.) I don't think it is impossible to meet good girls at a disco. Almost ALL Peruvian women go to discos, not just young party girls. You will even see older women and men there. But, yeah you will need to dance at least a little.

I guess the only other option is to make friends and build a social circle. Why don't you try meeting some Peruvian guys, play some futbol with them and they can introduce you to their amigas? Most Peruvian guys like gringos and won't hesitate to invite you to have a drink with them etc.

I think doing the cold approach thing isn't the best way to meet women anyway, especially in a country like Peru where women are often targeted by choros (thieves) and harassed by men.

Online dating can work too, but most girls on Latin American Cupid and sites like that are in Lima so I don't think it would work well in a smaller city.

I think you must have been in a totally different part of Peru than me. I go to the disco here and everyone is just in closed social circle groups and hard to meet.
