Anything that you consume in excess is harmful, including water.

Soybeans contain both good and bad chemicals. But to say that the food is "bad" is like saying my burger patty is bad because it contains fat. If you're concerned about the negative aspects of tofu, simply eat less tofu or eat tempeh instead.

I have several coworkers who used to be body builders, including one who competed in Mr. California competition. He believes that milk is one of the worst foods that you can eat/drink. Well, if we go down that path, pretty soon we're not going to have much left to eat. Let's see, tofu, bad, milk, bad, burgers, bad, salt, bad, sugar, bad, pizza, bad...
