I guess that since tech culture is essentially defunct anyway, they may as well become a welfare project for worthless cunts and dysgenics. Here they are spending a fortune to diversify their workforce away from potentially productive human beings.

"Diversity" means loading your company down with useless dumbshits for political purposes. It is just another form of taxation.

Considering that, at least in the US, women and ethnical minorities (e.g. Asians, Indians, Middle Eastern) aren't exactly a "minority" among STEM graduates, I don't really see where the problem lies. If a Fil-Am from Caltech or an MIT-graduated Indian young woman has proven to be job-smarter as well as college-smarter, why isn't this a good initiative?

It should be considered that Intel isn't exactly as the forefront of innovation anymore, with companies specialised in hi-power specialised processors (like NVidia) or low-power processors (like ARM) running circles around them. Perhaps this is little more than a publicity stunt to gain some smiles from that pedantic, liberal end of the public opinion, and try and inject a few fresher minds in their ranks.

When I was in Davao, I met a Filipina who was head over heels after getting engaged with her American boyfriend, a Lead Engineer at Intel (judging from the business card she handed me like a trophy). After asking a few questions about the guy and how he spoke and behaved with her, it dawned on me that said boyfriend probably had Aspergers or a borderline form of autism. Also saw his photo, and he looked quite on the chubby and scruffy side. Case in point: companies like Intel wouldn't give a damn about your looks and social skills, or your gender or skin colour, as long as you're good at your job...and even when part of your professional advantage comes from a mental/social disorder.

"Minorities" in this context means groups who are irredeemably incapable in a certain context, which in any context requiring advanced human thought would include females, blacks etc.

You can rest assured that there are plenty of females and even "browns" and "blacks" who are well capable of working for Intel. That, regardless of any pseudo-theory that would spell their intelligence biologically inferior to that of a Caucasian white. Most of their jobs don't require a 180-point IQ and PhD in Electronics, you know.

Unless their engineering, management and HR departments have simultaneously lost it completely, they will think twice before hiring somebody who isn't qualified for the job, whether they're part of a minority or not.

Perhaps so, certain extraordinary people might have been blessed (or blighted) by certain mental disorders that somehow enhanced their thinking or creative, or leadership abilities. After all, they made history for their achievements, not their social or personal life. Still, I would say the majority of "great" and "good" people don't have any diagnosed mental disorder.

This is the thing, the breakaway civilization sit back and laughs at how stupid this globalized experiment is becoming. They do not need us anymore they have their own scientist in their own wings doing their research now. You will more than likely find that Intel's controlling stocks are owned by the elite for sure. They have nothing invested in all this anyway just phony bills of credit allow them to rule the world so why would they care.

Like I stated we are no longer turning out hardly any patents over the table but under the table the elite still have the technologies growing but do not want the idiots to know this.

They stated America had to be destroyed and on a intellectual level it is for sure. If people have not figured out it is time to leave this should sum it up for them and as I stated our rulers just laugh and piss on the fore fathers graves because they know republics never last because the mass of humanity is to stupid to make them work.

How long do you suppose they had to negotiate with Jesse Jackson to get him down to 50 million? And over what percent he gets?

When Apple released its diversity numbers last summer, it revealed that only 7 percent of its workforce is black, while more than 55 percent is white.

Apple execs must be math-challenged. Those figures look to me like Blacks are fully represented at Apple, per their percent of the normal non-dothead, non-Asian population. Really quite surprising.

That's the whole point, it should be about attracting whatever individual proves to have the required skills, not selectively trying to attract certain groups at the expense of quality.

It's really all big PR stuff, to sell the product to said groups; or further, so as to not be burned at the stake of progressivism for not complying.

You will notice in order to maintain this crap each year the system becomes stupider and stupider and that is it's eventual downfall, just prolonging the inevitable just as they do in the financial markets kicking the can one more time down the road consolidating more wealth in the process.
