All I could think of while watching that was bring back slavery. But this time it should be based on class, not colour.

I get the impression that video was meant to be taken in jest as a criticism of that mentality. Is there anything to show it is her actual view?

Granted. 13th Amendment, Section 1:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

"Criminal" is a class, and its definition is expanding rapidly. Look up UNICOR (check their inmate hourly pay rates) & CCA.
