As magistrate of the court of HA, I now pronounce the verdict and sentence for the forum member known as Banano. Banano's tongue and mouth have been shockingly cruel, vicious and mean-spirited. He only desires the pain and suffering of others. His tongue reflects an evil heart full of hatred and wickedness. He has spoken unspeakably cruel things toward Winston and Dianne. Though he has been given many warnings, he has repeatedly IGNORED them. Lately he crossed the line too many times in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=26690 .

Enough is enough. This can no longer be tolerated. Banano shall be given an execution that will be more befitting and equally cruel as that of his tongue and heart. He shall be hanged, drawn and quartered, per the customs of Medieval England. The explanation is below.

As one of your chief advisors, I wish to plead for some token mercy on behalf of Banano. The man is chronically bitter and negative, clearly one of countless victims of the remaining rot of Anglo culture and women. Therefore, he's not totally to blame.

Moreover, he's intelligent and insightful at times. Over the years I've at least enjoyed reading some of his posts and maybe even learned a thing or two. Plus I must admit, I've gotten a lotta nice laughs when he wound up King Winston to his boiling point.

Give him a more merciful death. Just hang him with out the torturing festivities or travel into the future a few hundred years so he can die by firing squad ala Repatriate.

So please just transport him to modern day China for a quick and painless bullet to the back of the head. By Chinese law, you are then entitled to send his family a bill for the bullet so it's even free.

what happened to free speech? I was just stating what everyone else is thinking, we dont need to agree on everything anyway. Sometimes we need to develop thicker skin and look at the thing the way they are, no amount of sugarcoating and butt licking will change anything.

I am glad to see this posted in the Humor section. Anywhere else posted I can not take it seriously. To be frank, I think Winston is going overboard with this banning threat against Banano and should take a step back.

I often find Banano's posts funny, and insightful, so this "kangaroo court" scenario just reminds me about the sad state of more and more freedoms being taken away from us here in the USA and western nations everyday, so as not to "offend" others. The Internet is one of the few places left to express opinions freely, but is also being threatened here too.

I have been lurking for about 2 years now, but I don't say much because I don't qualify as an expat yet. My first trip abroad will be to Manila one month from now, if all goes well for me financially. I have been planning to go meet my girlfriend there for those 2 years now.

So I hope this forum still exists when I get back after 2 weeks, and you haven't all been sent to the gallows. :-/

Free speech does not mean anything goes. It does not mean that lies and defamation and slander are ok too. People get sued for those things.

You were not stating what everyone else was thinking. You were trying to TWIST things using technicalities to try to label Dianne as a bar girl and unfairly lump her with all the career bar girls who have slept with many men. That is unfair. That's not true. Lies do hurt. Because people believe them. Any random lie will be believed if spread around. They don't have to be true. They can be false and still hurt others. Why do you think people get sued for slander or defamation? We all know this. So do you. Stop pretending to be stupid even if you really are. Your excuses do not justify your lies or slander.

This has nothing to do with erosion of free speech. If Banano were spreading lies and false stories about you or your girlfriend, would you defend his free speech? No you would not. You don't mind because the lies are not about you. See how subjective you are?

As with the Repatriate banning, I asked the same question of others who opposed his banning and execution. They could not answer because they knew that I was right, that if Repatriate had spreads vicious lies about them, they would support his banning. So I was right about that, as I am now.

Thats a very conservative estimate, just based on that people have right to assume she is one of them. How can you prove she isnt? You can only go by wht she says but we all know there is huge insentive for her to lie, in fact most will lie. So yea odds that she was not into p4p are slim.
