I sure hope the Supreme Court doesn't decide the this sex contract is hidden somewhere in the Constitution and declares it the law of the land. Unfortunately, US culture is dominated by fornicators and adulterers. These types of ideas are pretty stupid when the people having sex are married. When you apply this kind of reasoning to marriage, you end up with women who don't want to sleep with their husbands unless they are in the mood because of their 'rights' instead of sexually accommodating wives. We don't have a lot of voices telling people to take care of their husband's or wive's sexual needs. Instead we have people talking about the right to say no, etc. If we didn't have people fornicating in night clubs and stuff like that as a dominant part of our culture, it wouldn't be that bit of an issue.

There could be an upside if courts would accept a one-time signature from a wife to agree with any and all sex from her husband. A man cold have a woman sign it as a condition to marry. Pull out the form along with the ring box when you propose.
