The article seems little bias but this is nothing new. You have this in american school with racial segregation.
At the same time you do have a growing number of race mixture mostly from mix relationship.

No one blames the other students. Just the white ones. Willing to be it's white people doing it, too. Whatever happened to just saying "f**k you" or a simple "no" to someone's demands?
