Brazils Currency At All Time Low

The Brazilian real hit an all-time low against the U.S. dollar on Wednesday. Getting a Brazilian girlfriend has never been cheaper.

Not really all that special considering that the trader said, "...just a few years ago a steak dinner in Sao Paolo was more expensive than a steak dinner in New York." If rents were anywhere near the same ballpark, and you needed $1000 equivalent a month for a decent place, now you need $500. It's still a lot cheaper to live elsewhere.

If the currency had fallen to the point where a decent place was $100 a month, or so, it might be reason to consider getting on a plane.
