Non-white girls? You will find them in Asia of course.

About Philippines vs. Thailand, English is better understood in Philippines, but you cannot expect everybody to be fluent in English in most parts of Asia regardless where you are.

About girls, it depends how much you want to spend... it's about your wallet. It is also a question of how much time do you have for your holidays.

Personally, I found Cambodia a nice place to meet women but there is little population and there are only a few cities, conversation is difficult.
Cambodian people are quite different from the Thai in their behavior, language, food, despite these are neighboring countries.

In Thailand nightlife is in all cities which are popular for tourists and the country is very safe for foreigners.
I think, the fastest way to find some girl to be with you is Thailand.

Security is a concern in Philippines, I advice strongly to be back to your hotel during late nighttime and never walk around in slum-like area, even not during daytime.

If money is not such a big issue, there are also plenty of girls around here in Japan in all major cities, not all of them are Japanese. There are also many much more modest girls from China mainland, Brazilian-Japanese, Filipinas etc. To look out for a foreign (but Asian) girl in Japan is not a bad thing.

It is said, that Indian cities have also a lot to offer, but I have not been there since long time, and cannot say anything about the present situation out of my own experience. However be aware, India is very very dirty, and this did not change since I visited it long time ago.

Just a few thoughts come to mind. I've only traveled to a few different countries so here are my notes:

1. Brazil. Been there three times. Super easy! Brazilians are the opposite of America. Sex is part of their social fabric and is not taboo. Women seek it out and don't shun it like them do here. Certainly seems to be more women then men down there. On several occasions, young attractive ladies were coming up to us to talk. How nice is that? Oh ya and they are probably the prettiest women on the planet hands down.

2. Thailand. Depends on what city and this surprises people. Bangkok/Pattaya = NO! Local women will think you are a sex monger and most won't give you the time of day. Other cities would be much easier.

3. Philippines. Absolutely! Higher level girls a bit tough but it can be done.

4. Mexico. Had horrible luck. The local women seemed to despise Americans.

My only regret is that I never had the chance to go visit Russia and the Baltic areas. I think these areas would show great promise.

If you are paying I'd assume it's easy most places. But if the purpose of a trip is just to get laid why spend thousands traveling to the other side of the world when a cheap trip to someplace like San Jose will accomplish the goal?

They do. However, I had far, far better luck in Mexico than in either the US or Taiwan. But Mexicans see me as a "chino" and not a "gringo."

Easiest would be baja california or select border towns in Arizona and Texas. Unless you have a job were you can work remotely that pays well. Teaching English in a foreign country pays dirt. You can make it for a few years teaching in China if you are selective (or Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan) in with the opportunity (and have a college degree).

You can also look at jobs where you work for several weeks at a time then get a few weeks off. But you've got to have money to attract women. You've got to take them out to eat and have your own place, etc.

I haven't been to Asia, but in South-America you will need to know at least a little Spanish if you want to date. Most people outside of tourist areas don't speak much English.

About "easyness", well I think it is pretty simple to find out how easy a country is. Just create an online dating profile for the country you are interested in and see what kind of results you get.

travelsouth: See, the thing is that I'm looking to get OUT of America. Any European advice? I'm mostly thinking about heading to the Czech Republic & Spain, but Portugal still pops up in my mind a lot. Italy from time to time, too. Never been to Moldova, but the pictures I've seen of Moldovan women look to be to my general tastes- plus, it's not a rich country & I could probably stretch my budget quite a bit there.
