What is your monthly income?
This isn't a question I wanted to ask. It's a question that will prove a point to Ghost. I know no one wants to post that information online and that it's very confidential information. Ghost thinks it's acceptable to post that information online and post the confidential information of others regarding their earnings.
If you choose to give an actual answer you answer you can answer in one of three ways ways:
The example below uses an income of $4,375.74 US Dollars each month.
1. You could post the exact amount, specify if it's gross income or net income. Use the currency of your income (and specify the currency USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, Yen, Yuan, etc), you don't have to convert it to dollars: $4,375.74
2. You could round to the nearest ten $4,380.00 or hundred $4,400.
3. Give $2,000 range (+/- $1,000) from the nearest thousand in a form of "My monthly income falls between $3,000-$5,000"
Let's see who is correct, me or Ghost. I'm expecting no posts with an answer of income. Any posts will be saying how that information is private and confidential, which is what I say and expect people to say. It's likely no one will even bother giving any sort of post to this thread which is equally acceptable because no answer also counts as an implicit answer confirming that you agree your monthly income is private and confidential information, so I just saved you the time that it would take for you to post an answer saying that your monthly income is confidential and no one should know that information.
If you really want to make a post on this thread and agree that the underlined statement is your answer, post an "X" which will count as agreeing with me.

Re: What is your monthly income?
It got about 15 unique views after subjecting my views. Only 2 posts. That is about 13% response rate. So I wouldn't say that is a winner. Assuming there are 30 active or semi-active posters at the moment, if 14 more users give their monthly income, I will declare Ghost the winner.
14 more users need to give their answer within two weeks from the date and time of my original post. Otherwise I will be the winner.
Two weeks is plenty of time for Ghost to 14 more responses to make him the winner.
No new accounts created after September 30, 2015 are eligible to answer because it's easy for fakes and trolls to give answers.

It's about USD 4000,- to USD 6000,- per month net, already including some bonus and overtime - and I am also receiving 6 weeks fully paid vacation.

Re: What is your monthly income?
That was an expectation and I was wrong but it doesn't make you a winner. It takes a majority to declare the winner. 30 active or semi-active users is a reasonable estimate. So 16 is the majority and if you notice the time, I gave you more than enough time to become the winner. I'm not trying to win this post. It was to prove a point, and I am being proven wrong but it's still a minority vote. A 16 majority will mean I was completely wrong.Ghost wrote:You clearly said you expected no one would post their income. Let's see, now 3 of us have. So when your original prediction didn't work, you moved the goalposts.
That would be a logical fallacy. A potential bride wouldn't be having sex with some man.Ghost wrote:Someone, right now, is banging one of your potential brides in Ukraine or Russia.

Re: What is your monthly income?
I made some mistakes in the past. Mostly by financing education and cars. I am now in the certified new / used category, rather than in the financing category for cars. Car payment plus car ins for new cars costs are absolutely insane. After I pay off my student loan debt for my worthless education, that should bring my net much higher.
I have also stopped buying fast food and take out and cook all food at home, regardless how many ingredients I have to buy to make them. It still comes out to be 2 - 4 times cheaper than having someone else make it.
Also now I don't mind driving another 15 mins out of my way to avoid $3.00 in tolls daily. My EZ Pass was charging my debit card $80 a month just for tolls.
And soon I am going to get rid of the stupid Iphone and go back to the basics and get a fully paid cheap phone with a Cricket cell phone account for $40 per month on the AT&T network. That itself will save over $100 a month.
I don't think it is how much you make, especially if you are making near $50,000 a year (although some of your friends will be making $80 and $100K for the same work at different jobs). It is more a matter of how well you manage your money.
The Bible says that a man who deals with a slack hand can be brought to poverty, but a man who is diligent with his money will do much better.
He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. Proverbs 10:4 KJV

You don't have to prove anything to Ghost. If you thinks bad things about you, then let him. Trying to convince him of anything about yourself will have you dancing like a monkey. Let him keep his opinions, whatever they are (I have no clue what this is about), and you keep yours.
It is gentlemanly to agree to disagree. There is nothing to be won by turning another person to your point of view on things other than making it into heaven for eternity (if that person isnt your woman).
Don't waste your intellectual effort trying to prove anything to others.

Thank you for your post. I do find it gentlemanly to agree to disagree and that's how I prefer to handle things. But some users aren't gentlemanly enough to agree to disagree, they just keep provoking me until I have no choice to respond with force.Adama wrote:You don't have to prove anything to Ghost. I don't know why every few months another "World War Forum Drama-Firestorm" begins, but sometimes there are some insults that just set me off so much I can't help myself.

Re: What is your monthly income?
I have income from various sources, so I don't know. My latest scam business made me $13K last month and is growing by about 20% per month.

I have some of the more annoying members on ignore. That means probably 50% of the active posters are on my ignore list.

Any of you kind fellas wanna check out my store and support my cause?
I'm happy to take suggestions for items you want to see there is a lot of cool stuff and reasonably priced here in northern Thailand.
