Does anyone know if Muslim girls in Indonesia are off limits or not? Any experiences to share? I've heard Indonesian Muslims are relatively open and liberal.

Can not say much, because I never date one.
I think religion is one of the issue here

It's doable if you date a liberal or secular Muslim girl. I've had white American friends who married non-practicing Muslim Indonesian women, and they converted to Islam within Indonesia only nominally for official purposes. But they would hardly know anything about Islam and had never practiced it, or ever will. :wink:

I've dated an Indonesian Muslim girl and it was no problem for me at all.
