Adults 18 and over are needed to participate in a research study conducted by Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky at UC Riverside. The purpose of the study is to investigate activities that may improve your physical and mental health. The study is conducted entirely over the Internet.

The only requirements are that you:
1. Be Asian-American (ideally foreign born)
2. Speak English
3. Be computer literate
4. Have e-mail access

Participation in this study involves completing a series of writing activities and brief questions that will be repeated once a week over a 6-week period of time. In addition, one month after you complete the 6-week period of activities, you will be asked to fill out a number of surveys again. In sum, your total participation time should not exceed 2 hours.

Upon completion of the study, you will be compensated $60.
