This movie is/was a long time in the making. Speculations and arguments about 15+ years ago whether there will be a ghostbusters 3. Will it happen? When will the movie be in theaters? Bill Murray is in. Bill Murray is out. Bill Murray says he's in. Bill Murray says he's not doing it. Dan Akroyd is in. Dan Akroyd is out. The original actors will be in it including a couple more (including some females). Harold Ramis passes away. Now, Ghostbusters is an all female cast. I don't think the movie will do well at all. Not just because of the all female cast, but the women are not at all attractive (fat and ugly as a matter of fact). I have no doubt liberal hollywood is pandering to the feminists. I do believe this movie will do horrible. I expect terrible reviews. It's a shame how they can just ruin a classic like ghostbusters. The third is usually the worse: Godfather 3 was a dissapointment. Beverly hills cop 3 was a flop - thank god they decided not to make a 4th. Teenage mutant ninja turtles 3 (1993) was watchable but not as good as the 1st and 2nd. The 4th was to be released on christmas in 2002 but never happened. The new ones are not even watchable (disgraceful compared to the originals). Ghostbusters "3" will be a huge flop. I wouldn't close my eyes to see this $hit. Border line plagiarism if you ask me. That'll be like justin beiber going on stage wearing a hat a glove singing billie jean.

If they just focused on having good male comedians, it could have been a great success, but for some reason female quotas need to be imposed, and subpar talent needs to be forced down our throats. Did any of these comedians even have to go through the testing grounds of doing stand up night after night, like Dave chapelle, seinfeld or a murphy? Probably not

Anyway, without the origin cast, why bother watching? I'm already tired of remakes. The only good remake I've seen so far has been the Star Trek series. The remake of Karate Kid was nauseating enough, but the new Ghostbusters movie seems to take it to a new low.

What really bothers me about this whole affair, is the way James Rolfe aka Angry Video, is being treated for refusing to watch and review the movie, lol.

All he said was the he refused to watch it because it might ruin his childhood memories of the original movie. He never even mentioned anything about the all-female cast.

Instead of creating a movie that will put a$$es in the seats, these idiots are hung up on PC. As if having an all female cast will make more money. News flash; They lost money!! Hollyweird doesn't have a clue to knowing what people want. Why does the NFL do so well? They don't pander to anyone (with the exception of wearing pink 4 times a month). The remake of the longest yard did well. When I went to see it, there were almost as many women as there were men watching. Let's recap the budget to box office ratio of every movie, shall we?

The 1984 classic made a profit of $265.2m. That's pretty damn good. Spend little make big.
The 1989 sequel made a profit of $178.4m. Not nearly as good as the first, but still did pretty well ("never as good as the first time" - Sade).
The 2016 version LOST $21.1m!! Unlike the '84 classic, this movie spent big and made little. Spending $77m more than the first two classics combined! Horrible business!

I saw the trailer for that too. It looked terrible and lame. I won't even post the trailer here because it isn't worth seeing and is an insult to your intelligence.

I didn't even like the original Ghostbusters that much. It seemed kind of meaningless.

Why do they need to have the Ghostbusters team be all women? Because they can't find anything else to change or come up with any good new plot with male characters? Stupid.

If they want to reverse gender roles, then why didn't they cast the new Annie movie with a boy instead of a black girl? Stupid double standard. Or cast three men for the remake of Charlie's Angels? lol

In fact, why don't they remake "Saving Private Ryan" and have an army of feminist women get shot up on D-Day on the beach at Normandy? Wouldn't that be fair? Heck, the stupid feminist women army could not even get off the beach on D-Day or make it to any of the German bunkers to take them out. They should do that and teach them a lesson. Let all the dumb feminists get massacred on the beaches of Normandy and see how "equal" they are to men. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

A great Twilight Zone episode would be this: A group of feminists claim "We can do anything men can do!" Then the Twilight Zone takes those women to D-Day to storm the beaches of Normandy, with Nazis firing machine guns and cannons at them. And then the feminists scream, "Wait! We were wrong! We can't do everything men can do! We were wrong!" Then the Twilight Zone spares them from being shot up and brings them back to the present, where they realize they were wrong and learned a lesson. lol

The NBA should take a group of best male basketball players and best female basketball players and have them compete. And the NFL should do the same with football too. Then when the women team is no match and loses badly, the sports announcers should ask feminists to explain the mismatch, since men and women are "equal". lol. That would be a great poetic justice lesson for dumb feminists.
