Yeah, my ex girlfriend has a company that produces sustainable, self-sufficient, zero-energy, modest, often cosy prefab small houses. The typical American home is around 2,600 square feet, whereas the typical small or tiny house is between 400 and 800 square feet. Tiny houses come in all shapes, sizes, and forms, but they enable simpler living in a smaller, more efficient space. Houses resemble traditional homes in the area in appearance, scaled-down in size to reduce costs and ease construction so that multiple units can be built quickly as needed.
