Almost certainly not. While alimony laws differ by state, I think the marriage needs to usually be around 3-5 years long for alimony to even be an issue.

My guess is that this is a publicity stunt. She gets free publicity, and if this become a large enough headache for Nicholas Cage, he may end up having to pay her off to GTFO.
