I used to have Candida, I got it as a secondary effect of heavy metal poisoning. The main symptom is insane sugar cravings, waking up in the night to eat cookies, ice cream etc.. The easiest way to get rid of it to drink freshly squeezed lemon juice, half a lemon 2 or 3 times a day will take care of it. You have to switch to a no sugar diet as well.

Sugar has zero nutritional value & is harmful & toxic. It's in everything.

Taking probiotics helps restore the balance too, along with eating healthy and proper exercise.

Everyone has candida, it's just that it gets out of whack from eating garbage. Normally the gut flora outnumbers it and can keep it in check.

Getting rid of fungal overgrowth is so simple though. You don't even need extra supplements.

This topic just shows how dumb westerners are. The last 70 years were a huge lie created by various satanists(rich folks who obtained their money/power by theft) that significantly destroyed every aspect of western life, and westerners as a whole accepted it, while they asked to be shafted. That's why I have no sympathy for such fools.

Everyone has yeast, it's just that it gets out of strike from consuming rubbish. Normally the gut plants outnumbers it and can keep it in examine.
