Hey guys,
Given that I created a previous similar thread and it gave me very good insights. Say you are a law abiding American who has property an apartment in the state of Georgia. That's your only tie to America as well as paying your taxes on time.
You like life in America but want to experience more abundance. You move to Prague and start throwing parties there. As long as you are an American will you always be "under the watchful eyes of Uncle Sam"? Or will Uncle Sam be, "You do you bro, as long as it isn't in American soil or as long as you ain't messing with American women abroad, I'm hands off brother."
In that can you visit a brothel and not get in trouble, or could you date a girl and you don't have to worry that if you say the wrong thing she can falsely accuse of you of anything like you were verbally abusive and try to exhort money from you?

Re: How does international Law work?
You would be under the law of the country you were in except in cases where the evil Washington regime asserts extraterritorial jurisdiction such as taxes in some circumstances, statutory rape and crimes involving the US in some way.

Most sexual crimes are handled under state law, not federal law. If you shoot someone in Alabama, you typically cannot be charged in Georgia for it. You broke an Alabama law, but Georgia can send you over there. If you try to shoot the president or a federal judge, you would probably face federal charges for breaking a federal law.ArchibaultNew wrote: ↑May 13th, 2022, 8:19 amHey guys,

There are laws related to having sex with children, if a man is five years older than a minor and has sex with her, there is a federal law about that. There are so many federal laws, I cannot say there is no law against whatever crime you have in mind. But my guess is there is no US federal law against the average joe fornicating with an old hooker, but God sees and knows what you do.

The states don't even enforce most of the sex crimes on the books. They bust people for prostitution. But they ignore laws against fornication, adultery, same-sex sex acts, etc. probably because the courts will say there is a right to privacy. Maybe that will change if the Roe v. Wade overturn comes out.
