Prediction on satelloons

As we know, "satellites" are in fact suspended from balloons. If I understand him correctly, Owen Benjamin made a prediction on the subject. It is that within 5 years, the regime will not only admit this is the case, but will say they never claimed there were any satellites in orbit, and if you say they did, you are a crazy conspiracy theorist. It will be interesting to see whether this happens.
