I've got another theory. Maybe men are more likely to experience some 'suction' down there than in past generations. I heard that some years after Clinton got a 'Lewinski' that a large percentage of young people did not consider such activity to be 'sex.' So maybe that increased it.

I suspect, though, it's more likely a selection error. Men with larger packages are probably more likely to be willing to display them than in past generations, after all the exposure to porn that went along with the growth of the Internet. But my other theory is more likely. With all the porn exposure, a lot of men probably think of themselves as small if they aren't huge because they are comparing to what they saw online.
