Some Chinese people are wise because their ancient culture preserves certain forms of ancestral knowledge related to health and wellbeing. These include Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qi Kung 氣功 as well as more esoteric practices such as neidan 內丹 or internal alchemy. Such ancestral knowledge survived in the Far East because it was never repressed by hostile Abrahamic religions. Most Chinese people are just dumb NPCs motivated by modern materialism and its endless quest for wealth. But a minority of more high-vibrational Chinese people study this more or less intact ancestral knowledge and become wise as a result.
