They do not have immigrants to keep the show running, their robotics are shit, they depend on other countries for chips and higher technology. They do not innovate, all their tech is blatantly stolen and their birth rate (1.08 child per woman) is even lower than Japan (1.2)... only a braindead CCP serf in denial would be blind to China's demise.

Plus their navy is sh*t. Even if they want to invade Taiwan and take over, they can't. Not enough transport ships and naval fleets.
China also have to go through South Korea, Japan, Taiwan to get access to the Pacific Ocean.
Even Vietnam hates China and won't buy Chinese made goods or accept Chinese immigrants.

You can take things apart as much as you like, but if you don't know the actual tolerances it is hard to determine what parts have how much give in any direction or with regard to any individual engineering factor. Even knowing those tolerances, recreating them requires knowing the tolerances and deviations of every machine used along the way during manufacture. This is why even their "advanced" microprocessors are many generations behind, they just can't create things that refined. The face-based nature of society, which makes dogma and deferral to one's seniors over ingenuity, has severely hampered their ability to push past this barrier. This will likely worsen in the future as they harden their political policies and further isolate from the outside world, hopefully leading to a collapse of the party and the birth of a regime that truly represents the will of their people, rather than their leaders.

Yep. And still to this day, everything "Made in China" doesn't have the reputation of "quality and excellence". That title still belongs to Japan and Germany. And entire Chinese culture doesn't inspire quality engineering and excellence either in anyway.. Look at all the "Tofu Dreg Projects"
"reusing sewer oil" to cook their food, "boiling eggs in hot piss", "fake foods", "knockoff Western Brands" and other list of failures...
Do you think "refinement, high standards and excellence" can be created in an environment like that? I doubt it. Total half assed f*ckery.

Both South Korea and Taiwan rely heavily on U.S military protection.
