I had a brief look at this and it seems you can fully customise your doll to look however you want. However, I can't see it feeling better than the real thing. I wanted to offer my own opinion on some things you mentioned here @69ixine. Mainly I disagree with the idea of replacing a relationship with a sex doll. Unless you're like @Lucas88 and the main focus of your life is self improvement, which he believes relationships can stand in the way of, I don't think a sex doll is adequate for anything other than an elaborate sex toy or masturbatory aid. You can't share anything with a sex doll. You can't have any meaningful experiences with one.

Personally I'm against MGTOW movements as they tend to just be the polar opposite of feminism. Feminism and MGTOW are essentially just the same thing but polar opposites like hot and cold on a thermometer. I wouldn't advise getting caught up in MGTOW ideology. Such currents are toxic. @fschmidt mentions some excellent points on feminism in his Arkian writings. MGTOW is just another ideology aimed at furthering the divide between men and women and destroying normal, functioning relationships.

I've never been a relationship chaser. My love for myself is so large that I have been chasing women, some of them high quality women, with the sole purpose of replicating myself and my genetics.
