Every time a certain strip club says "No touching during lap dances," they make like it's Federal law.
Every time a certain strip club says "No touching during lap dances," they make like it's Federal law.
Many men I am sure have experienced it before. They go to a strip club, they see dancing women half nude (usually topless, though a few clubs do go fully nude), they get a private dance, but then you try to touch her but she says no touching, it's club rules, so you end up having a crummy dance. And then you leave and vow never to return, or if you do return, you never buy another dance there ever again.
Then you write a review revealing the club's "no touching" policy, and then it gets deleted, or it gets a reply, and their reply is like they're saying; "No touching is Federal law in the United States of America! You clearly are unaware that it's illegal under Federal law in the United States of America to touch the dancers at any strip club within the United States of America, and that touching the dancers at any strip club within the United States of America carries up to 75 years in Federal prison for you, plus the club can be shut down by the FBI."

Never been to a strip club in my life.
Re: Every time a certain strip club says "No touching during lap dances," they make like it's Federal law.
America is a repressive, authoritarian society, however, there is no federal law against touching strippers. It probably depends more on the local community politics. Houston use to be notorious for even having sex in some of their nightclubs, but don't know what it is like now. The politics have become more conservative.

I would never even step into a strip club....
Doesn't seem like the kind of environment I would feel relaxed in anyway. @MrPeabody is definately right about the U.S. being repressive as hell, and authoritarian and it gets even worse every year.

You can fly to Germany and visit their brothel, FFK Artemis. Prostitution is legal in Germany and also in the Netherlands.WanderingProtagonist wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2024, 7:23 amI would never even step into a strip club....

This gives us an idea of where you are spending your money, instead of going abroad and finding a girl there, consistent with the forum theme.Mercury wrote: ↑January 31st, 2024, 8:10 pmMany men I am sure have experienced it before. Most serious crimes are not a matter of 'federal law.' Someone could go shoot a stranger in the head without violating federal law. Murder isn't covered under federal law in most cases in the US. That's state law. Now if you harmed a state official, did something on federal property, if the offense was in the waterways or on an airplane or something like that they have laws to cover things that occur in states. Rape and assault, including sexual assault, or typically state crimes. The US does have laws forbidding child molestation overseas and certain other crimes.
What you describe is typically a state law. US laws are based on common law, and under common law, touching a stripper in a sexual way might be considered an assault. If you went up to a strange woman and slapped her on the butt, depending on the state, that could be an assault or specifically a sexual assault. There might be a misdemeanor offense that it falls under for that level of assault, and there is a range a judge might sentence people too. It is possible to get 20 years for assault in some places.
Assault typically includes touching someone in a way not deemed appropriate by society.
So if you knock someone down to keep them from getting hit by a bus, you might be within the limits of the law. But if you went up to a homeless beggar and pushed him on the ground, claiming you were making a 'citizens arrest', you'd generally be committing an assault. This varies by state. Throwing blood or urine on people could also be deemed an assault.
So what if you got a lap dance and put your hand on the girls behind-- not some stranger. I suppose technically that could be an assault or a sexual assault in some states. It's not a federal crime. But this is an unusual circumstance. The girl is engaging in foreplay like activities with you, maybe slapping you in the face with some silicone double Ds, grinding on your lap with her behind, etc., or whatever they do for lap dances. Would a judge find a man guilty of assault given he's being worked up like that? I suspect the owners of strip clubs don't want drunk men charged for getting handsy, so they throw them out.
Also, think about the other legal implications. In some states, masturbation for hire may be an illegal prostitution-like activity, or they may call it something else. Lap dances probably come right up to the line of what is allowed in exchange for money. It's a kind of borderline sex work, and most US states outlaw prostitution. So they are skirting this law. If a girl is rubbing herself all over some guy for money, and he can grab her, what else might he do to her? The women probably feel safer if a man can't touch and use that as an excuse. Kicking men out who cross the line probably prevent outright sexual assaults from occurring.
Aside from being immoral, I don't know why a man would want to get himself worked up like this, to be in that situation and not be able to touch or feel or take it further? It must be maddening. I can understand the 'skin hunger'-- which is an okay thing in the right context (marriage), but why work it up to a level of frustration that cannot be satisfied in the normal way?
Why don't you save your money and go overseas and find a girlfriend in a country where some of the women want to date men who fit your ethnic profile. It may give you a leg up or not. I don't remember if you were the black pill poster down on your own looks, but if you aren't that good-looking, maybe you could get a girl who is just about to graduate and get turned out of an orphanage or care home for the blind.
Re: Every time a certain strip club says "No touching during lap dances," they make like it's Federal law.
The men are paying money to touch the strippers and she agrees because she wants the money. This isn’t assault it is business. This silliness can be avoided by just going to Mexico. I've never been to a club, but I thought the hands-off, no touching thing was pretty universal in strip clubs in the US. If the strip club owners said he could touch, the woman agrees, he starts rubbing her crotch, ups the cash, it turns into sex, then there is illegal prostitution going on.
I talked to this guy who is like a preacher now, and wants no part of it, but he was raised around strippers part of his youth living with his dad who owned a strip club. He said his dad came up was the innovator who came up with this private dances thing in strip clubs as a new thing. Maybe they all copied the same rules form the club or clubs that came up with these sleazy practices.
Re: Every time a certain strip club says "No touching during lap dances," they make like it's Federal law.
The whole reason men go to stripper clubs is to see and touch women. In America they pay ridiculous prices and get crumbs and when they complain they are gaslighted. Re: Every time a certain strip club says "No touching during lap dances," they make like it's Federal law.
Since US clubs (presumably) don't allow groping, I am pretty sure that is not the purpose of a strip club. The purpose of a strip club in the US is to extract huge amounts of money from the men foolish enough to go there-- maybe to leave them frustrated so they'll come back soon and do it again.MrPeabody wrote: ↑February 4th, 2024, 10:37 amThe whole reason men go to stripper clubs is to see and touch women.

Where is this no touching policy? What state. What does this no touch lap dance cost? Save the money and use it else where. Most states or cities allow touching. Just go there for fun.Mercury wrote: ↑January 31st, 2024, 8:10 pmMany men I am sure have experienced it before.

You are obviously jealous of Jews and blame them for your problems. One of the reason the US is successful is because of Jews. There is no conspiracy they just study harder and work harder than the complainers. I have met quite a few Jews and they have a strong work ethic.Natural_Born_Cynic wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2024, 7:46 amYou can fly to Germany and visit their brothel, FFK Artemis. Doesn't seem like the kind of environment I would feel relaxed in anyway. @MrPeabody is definately right about the U.S. being repressive as hell, and authoritarian and it gets even worse every year.
Why spend big amount of money on stupid illegal whores in Jewunited States?

I am just saying "Jewunited states" because it's United States indirectly owned by select group of Jews and Zionists.
Ordinary Jews I have no problems with. I also met some of them and they are quite alright. Outstanding fellows.
I'm studying and working hard, what about you? Are you complaining about something?
Your friendly Neighborhood Cynic!
