Here's a 41 minute long walk video through Tokyo suburbs. Hardly any people and literally zero children playing outside. What gives? Weather and temperature are excellent according to the video description, so you can't tell me it's too hot or too cold to go out. Also, the place looks crummy and uninspiring.
