At work, I may listen to instrumental techno or liturgical chanting in a foreign language, so the words don't interfere.

The music in the OP is too mellow to keep me energized, focusing on work, IMO. And it starts out with some rain sounds in the background. I stay away from running water sounds, which lead to too many trips to the restroom.

That music you posted @kangarunner would put anyone to sleep! Asleep on the job.

That's why you go into some restaurants and the music is blaring with the loudest most obnoxious music. It's to keep the staff awake! And if the customers complain they won't turn it down.

I don't know where you're coming from kangarunner. Definitely good music for falling asleep though
