American woman describes her man-hating family members

From an email to me:

"I read a little bit from your website. You know... I do not think it is just men that have a hard time, although I can understand a little bit of where you are coming from. But I have a hard time as well. I am a very friendly and kind hearted person ( a little bit opinionated, as you have seen lol), but I just cannot seem to keep friends. I would do anything for anyone, but I get nothing in return. I open doors to people, say hi and smile, give money to those that need it, ect ect. But still... no friends. I am not the type to be "cliqueish", and was kind of a loner (and still am) in my younger days. I can't even get myself married. I am in my prime, and still... people say "But you are still really young. You have plenty of time. Just focus on your education and daughter first". That is all fine and dandy... and I know that there is a huge possibility no one will want me because I have a child. I can accept that if that is the case. But if someone does want me, then I hope to find that good person for me. I am afraid of being like my mom and grandma. My mom is 49, and has 3 kids from 3 different men. She has NEVER been married! And my grandmother... my grandma is 67, and has been married 5 TIMES! Now she is retired and suffers from fibromyalgia. She is alone. She only has her druggie son (my uncle) to live with her. She says she is happy without a man, but she always has to have someone living with her, and will even put up with her 42 year old drunken/druggie son's crap just to have someone around. Oh, and do not let me get started on my aunt Samantha! She is 37, and a widow, with 2 teenagers. She got married at 19. Her husband died about 8 years ago. But my aunt Sam will not even date! Nothing! She too is hung up in the "I don't need a man" thing! Okay, and also my aunt Tammy. She got divorced from her husband of 18 years some time ago. Her sons are both grown, but still she is alone, and also does not date. She is gorgeous, but is getting fat and depressed. She will end up old and alone like my poor grandma. I do not want to be like them. I am trying to not have the same mentalities American women have, but I am also trying to expect someone that will not treat me badly or use me either. It's a toughie. It is part of being in the US, and part that I am just a little bit different and more personable. I guess I may be in the wrong country too. lol

Anyhow... I really love your writings, and you have totally opened up my eyes into a whole new light over the past almost 5 years since Russia.com and http://www.americanwomensuck.com I have tried to learn lessons from the things I read. And I definantly have learned a few important lessons from your writings."

Who cares? I mean, the insight is amusing and confirms our perspective, but aside from that I dont care.

The suffering and misery of American females is nothing I plan to do anything to stop. They need it, they deserve it, they earned it.
