I am looking for work in IT. The biggest industries in Switzerland are IT and finance . There are some English speaking only jobs but they far and few between. You may be better off looking for seasonal work, eg during the snow season in winter, but even that may require German. Another option is to live on the border in Germany, eg Konstanz. Germany is a lot easier to get into for foreigners and also much cheaper. Plus you are still really close to Switzerland if you live on the border. Many Swiss even go shopping in Konstanz (myself included) because it's a lot cheaper than Switzerland.
