BTW, how does it feel to be with such a young, but very mature woman? I still struggle to get used to mine being so mature for her age. Mine has impressed my relatives immensely. Does she impress your relatives as well or are they used to it because they are Chinese and expect that?

My folks are expecting it. She has some mature views in life but she can be playful and naive as well. What I enjoy the most is her look of innocence, her attitude of maturity and her playful naivety, it's even sexy (for me). She has definitely grown on me these past few months though I am still on the rebound over someone. I would have went through the engagement ceremony but I feel we can do that come spring next year when I am more sure of her, I want to make things right this time.

Its the good kind of busy. I meant to update this thread but was thinking I should wait awhile, you know to not jinx anything. Chinese women weirded me out at first. In this forum they are regarded as not good matches but maybe for certain types of guys they are. Mind you I was exposed to chinese american women and they are way different from chinese who grew up in China. From the list my relatives prepared for me, a few were really worth getting to know more. It just so happens that they are from families which are business associates of my clan so I cannot play the field, not sure if that's good or bad.

I'm very happy with the girl I'm with. She's still thin, but that is because her mom pressures her into being thin because chinese men are into that. Since we are together now and only needs to finalize things, I told her and her mom that I find meatier girls sexier so I think that makes me more desirable in her eyes lol. The best part is our personalities, she is a bit mature and I'm a bit childish. I'd say emotional age we are basically the same age although I'm chronologically more than a dozen years older than her (I look younger she says lol).

Work is keeping me busy, handling the ventures my dad left behind since he passed away. Went to the States for a while and tied up loose ends for my mom who is basically ignorant about business related things. Just got back to the Phillies after thanksgiving and taking care of my own stuff now. In two days, I'll see my girl. I can't wait. She's really grown on me, I don't even look at my types when they saunter by. This must be love.

Some guy here on HA asked me how could I switch to a skinny Chinese woman when I used to only date women Rock or Irizarry would f**k and thinking back to the answer I gave him, perhaps I gave him the wrong answer. The way I love my wife makes it truly possible not to go nuts when I see a serious ass or something. Not sure if I'm getting more mature but the last girl I was into was not the pear shape that I go for. She had a chubby body (I like my meat) and had big jugs for a pinay, the opposite of the body shape I go for, and now my chinese girl is rail thin, but I'm into her lol. May be we care more of what's inside rather than what we see outside. May be it's because we are not as driven by uncontrollable hormones like when we were in our teens and early twenties. Whatever the reason is, I like this more, it just feels more secure, more profound. I can see myself finding someone to really grow old with now that I'm not a slave to my lower head's desires lol. Don't get me wrong, the recent one and the current one are both sexy, just not what boner material was for me a few years back.

As I was walking around Mango Square this morning, a northeast asian looking tall girl with all the right curves and wow ass was sipping her macchiato. A few months back I would be making an approach and or at least salivating til I'm all dried up, but for some reason she just does not seem tempting. She smiled at me and asked how long I've been here and all I can think of is I will be out of here in two days to see my girl. Same thing happened with the recent pinay that I was into. When I was into her, the rest simply faded and I didn't feel deprived, in fact, I was very happy with that near miss recent pinay. Same as I am very happy with my chinese girl now.
